Overview
The Ronford-Baker Atlas 7 is a revolutionary fluid head designed for modular construction. It features identical fluid units for pan, tilt, and 3rd and 4th axis, making it easy to set up a full 2-3 axes in just minutes. These fluid units offer 15 variations of fluid control and can rotate a full 360 degrees. Joining the units together is simple with twin tapered dovetails and a thumb screw fixing, allowing for tool-free construction. The head can also be widened or raised using quick change blocks, providing a quick and rigid interface.

The Atlas 7 also offers smooth positive braking, a variety of camera mounting options, and a vertically balanced platform with a quick adjusting ratchet mount and fine tune nodal adjuster. It comes with a standard Mitchell base and 150 mm ball option, as well as two spirit levels for precise leveling. This environmentally sealed fluid head is a patented design that combines strength and rigidity with the trusted Ronford-Baker fluid system.

About the Ronford Baker Atlas 7 Head & 3rd Axis Kit
The Ronford-Baker Atlas 7 is a completely new patented design fluid head. Incorporating a strong, rigid design with minimum platform flex, together with the well proven Ronford-Baker fluid system.

3rd Axis Nodal Setup The camera can revolve on the lens axis.
The Nodal Point can be found by attaching the camera without the lens by using a pointer in its place.

Counterbalance weights can be fitted on both 3rd Axis and Tilt, at the top and bottom of the adjuster plates.
