The DZOFILM Arles Zoom 25-75mm T2.6 – PL Mount is a cinema zoom lens that offers high-speed zoom for ultimate visual quality. It features an innovative four-group linkage optical design that optimises field curvature, chromatic aberrations, and resolving power across the entire focal range. The lens maintains a fast, constant T2.6 aperture from 25mm to 180mm, covering full-frame sensors up to a 43.5mm image circle.
The Arles Zooms are designed with a premium build and optical excellence, featuring a protective front-element coating and dust- and splash-resistant construction. The lenses are compact and lightweight, under 1.8kg, and offer a 2.8-3x zoom ratio with 8K resolving power. They also feature a parfocal design, virtually imperceptible focus breathing, and a 16-blade iris for circular bokeh, making them ideal for cinematic visual brilliance.

The DZOFILM Arles series expands into cinema zooms. Powered by an innovative four-group linkage optical system, it balances mechanical precision and optical quality to pack 2.8–3× zoom ratios and 8K resolving power into a compact 1.7kg body—all while preserving the signature 3D visual character of the Arles family.

An innovative four-group linkage optical design optimises field curvature, chromatic aberrations and resolving power across the entire focal range, delivering prime-like optical performance in a zoom lens even when used wide open. Maintaining a fast, constant T2.6 aperture from 25mm to 180mm, these lenses cover full-frame sensors up to a 43.5mm image circle—maximising light throughput to create expansive, three-dimensional imagery with rich textural depth.

Featuring customised, low-saturation blue coatings, the Arles Zooms deliver a modern, stylistic tone while effectively suppressing flare and ghosting. The advanced optical design supports high-frame-rate recording without compromising image resolution. Warm, natural colour science renders natural skin tones that integrate across DZOFILM’s ecosystem.

The overlapping range between 25–75mm and 65–180mm consists of frequently used focal lengths. Starting the telephoto zoom at an optimal 65mm effectively avoids edge performance falloff, flawlessly accommodating mid-range to telephoto compositions while dramatically boosting on-set efficiency. Parfocal performance across the entire zoom range gives cinematographers absolute focus control.
In harsh environments like snow, deserts, storms or dense forests, relying on zooms minimises lens swaps, reduces operational risks and helps limit equipment exposure in challenging environments.
Premium Build. Optical Excellence
A protective front-element coating and dust- and splash-resistant construction help reduce dust and grime buildup, maintaining high optical clarity in challenging environments. Internally, an ultra-matte black finish forms a micro-textured anti-reflective coating to eliminate internal light scattering and stray reflections.
Compact Design for Seamless Integration
The 25–75mm incorporates seven ED (Extra-low Dispersion) and five HRI (High Refractive Index) elements, while the 65–180mm features seven ED and two HRI elements, significantly boosting resolving power, aberration control, backlit contrast and focus feel.
Delivering high zoom ratios and optical performance, the Arles Zooms maintain a lightweight build under 1.8kg and a compact 17.8–19.0cm length—matching the physical footprint of the Pictor 14–30mm T2.8 and Arles Prime 180mm T2.4.
Flexible and Inclusive for Unlimited Innovation
The Arles EF mount tool enables use with EF-mount cameras. Broad mirrorless compatibility is available via Octopus PL–E, PL–RF, PL–L, PL–Z and PL–DX adapters.
The lenses are compatible with Marlin 1.4× and 1.6× expanders, extending the telephoto reach up to 252mm or 300mm.
