The Easyrig Vario 5 is a versatile camera support system designed, built and assembled in Sweden. It includes a camera hook, hip belt and transport bag, making it easy to use and transport. With its adjustable and extended arm, it delivers steady hand-held shots while relieving strain on the back, neck and shoulders.
The Vario 5 is suitable for use with a wide range of cameras, from 16mm to digital, and can support weights ranging from 5-17 kg. Its modified vest design provides superior lower back support, allowing the camera operator to carry weights further away from the body. This popular Easyrig model has been used in numerous movies, TV-series and documentaries since its release in 2015.

About the Easyrig Vario 5 Gimbal Rig Vest Kit
The Easyrig vario 5 gives you the same advantages as other Easyrig models with the added benefit of being able to adjust the line tension to adapt to many different cameras and configurations. So if you are using a 16mm, 35mm & Digital cameras – it fits them all.
A modified vest has been designed with a wider front, fitting around the waist and over the hips. This new construction provides superior lower back support that allows the camera operator to carry weights further away from the body.
The Easyrig Vario 5 still delivers the same steady hand held shots while relieving strain on your back, neck and shoulders. The load is redistributed to the hips allowing you to shoot hand held in comfort for hours.
Adjustable weight range
By adjusting the tension with the provided allen key, you can easily change the tension / power of the line. the Vario 5 can be tuned to match your exact camera setup ranging from 5-17 kg (11-38 lbs).
