Overview
SafeTap V4 is a protected D-Tap with LED status indicator and a 2-pin LEMO-type 0B straight (male) connector. It has built-in protection for reverse polarity, under/over-voltage, deep discharge, and short-circuit. The ground-first design helps minimise risk to sensitive SDI/monitor electronics, and each cable includes a LED colour guide card for SafeTap status.
This purpose-built lead is designed for powering SmallHD monitors and other 2-pin 0B accessories from a protected D-Tap. The cable is 14in / 35.6cm long and pairs the Mutiny build with the Lentequip SafeTap V4 for ground-first connection and full electronic protection right at the source. It is compatible with SmallHD Cine 7, 503, 703, Focus Pro, Teradek Bolt, DCA5 LEMO Battery Adapter (500/700 Series), and any accessory using 2-pin LEMO 0B (Pin 1 – / Pin 2 +) within the stated power limits.
