This series of lenses is designed for professional anamorphic use, providing 1.6x more horizontal coverage and more prominent anamorphic characteristics. The SIRUI 1.25x Anamorphic Adapter can be added to the lens front to achieve a 2x squeeze, resulting in more noticeable anamorphic characteristics such as the waterfall bokeh. The adapter has an 82mm rear thread and comes with three step-down rings (67mm, 72mm, 77mm) and a step-up ring (92mm) to fit a wide range of popular lenses on the market. Despite its capabilities, the adapter and lens combination is still compact and portable, making it suitable for handheld and gimbal use. It is also very easy to use, with a simple 4-step process for attaching and removing the adapter and adjusting the lens flares.
To use the adapter, simply screw it onto the base lens, push the button, and rotate it until the logo and button are facing upwards. Set both the base lens and adapter to infinity, and use only the adapter to focus. If necessary, fine-tune the focus ring on the base lens. If the lens flares are not horizontal, you can use the gridlines on the camera screen to adjust them by pushing the button and rotating the adapter. To remove the adapter, rotate it without pushing the button. It is important to note that a stepping ring should not be attached to the front of the base lens if it does not have an 82mm filter thread.

Super Easy To Use
1) Screw the adapter onto the base lens. Push the button and rotate the adapter until the logo and the button face straight upwards.
2) Set the base lens and the adapter at infinity and use only the adapter to focus. Fine-tune the focus ring of the base lens if the subject is not in focus
3) If the lens flares do not appear horizontal, you can overlay the gridlines on the camera screen, push the button, and rotate the adapter the adjust the flares to become horizontal.
