Overview
The Smark Knob Follow Focus is a versatile tool that enables electronic control of focus on Canon EF and Nikon lenses on RED cameras without the need for lens motors. It can be used either as a standalone device or as a plug-in accessory for RTMotion or Latitude Receivers. This allows for control of focus, iris, shutter, ISO, and more on RED cameras, as well as RTMotion lens motors.
The Smartknob is a standalone wired lens controller that can be used with Canon EF and Nikon AF lenses attached to RED DSMC and DSMC2 cameras. It offers precise control of EF/AF lenses using their internal motors and has built-in hot keys for mapping RED camera commands. Additionally, when paired with a Teradek MDR, the Smartknob can also control Teradek brushless motors for even greater accuracy in cinematography.

About the Teradek RT Smart Knob for RED DSMC and DSMC2 cameras
The Smark Knob Follow Focus can control FOCUS electronically on Canon EF and Nikon lenses on RED (no lens motors required for lenses which support auto-focus). It operates STANDALONE (does not require any other RTMotion or Latitude kit), or as a plug-in accessory for RTMotion or Latitude Receivers.
