Overview
The Vocas Sliding System now offers a new base plate that is specifically designed for the Arri Alexa Mini and Mini LF cameras. This base plate includes height adjustable front and fixed rear 15 mm rails, as well as integrated rosette attachments and an adjustable dovetail camera plate for optimal balance. The shoulder pad is also horizontally toolless adjustable, providing added comfort during use. Additionally, the base plate features a toolless VCT-14 rear adjustment and an integrated Sony VCT-14 style quick release plate.
The base plate is designed to provide stability to the camera, with four attachment points for mounting. It also allows for the use of the Arri cage through the dedicated camera adapter plate. With a weight of only 885 grams (without rails), this base plate is a lightweight and essential addition for converting your camera into a shoulder camera. About the Vocas USBP-15 MKII Alexa Mini / Mini LF
This new base plate features everything you need to convert your camera into a shoulder camera, and is compatible with the Arri Alexa Mini / Mini LF camera. Mounting the camera plate to the camera uses four attachment points which gives the camera more stability. With the dedicated base plate mounted to the camera it becomes a part of the Vocas Sliding System. The dedicated camera adapter plate makes the use of the Arri cage possible. The weight of this support (without rails) is 885 grams.
