CoreSWX Short Hotswap Adapter – V-Mount

Overview
The GP-TS-SFF is a short form factor Hotswap Shark-fin adapter that can be mounted directly onto the existing v-type plate on the camera. This convenient device allows for continuous battery operation and features 4 powertaps for additional accessories. Unlike traditional battery setups, where batteries are stacked on top of each other, the GP-TS-SFF allows for easy removal of depleted batteries while leaving the other battery connected, ensuring no downtime.

In order to ensure there is enough power for a hotswap, it is recommended to either stagger the packs during discharge or exchange a depleted pack when it reaches 10% remaining. This way, the remaining pack will have enough power to carry the load of the rig and allow for seamless operation.

The GP-TS-SFF is a short form factor Hotswap Shark-fin adapter that mounts directly to the existing v-type plate on the camera. It allows for continuous battery operation, and for additional accessories, it has 4 powertaps. Since the batteries aren’t ‘stacked’ on one another, you can easily remove the depleted battery while leaving the other battery connected so that there is no down time.

To insure there is enough power in one of the packs to facilitate a hotswap either stagger the packs when in discharge(start operating with one pack on, and then place another pack on after 10min. of usage) or exchange one of the depleted packs off the hotswap mount when 10% is remaining. This way the remaining pack will have ample power to carry the load of the rig.
