The SOLO 10 system combines the ultra rigid alloy SOLO tripod with the versatile DS10 75mm ball levelling head & selectable counterbalance. With a height range from 8″ all the way up to 63″ SOLO 10 suits 5lb – 10lb MiniDV and DVCAM payloads from barebones to fully stacked PD150 or Canon XL-1.
DS10 Fluid Head (182)
The DS10 fluid head boosts similar physical appearance and features as the DS5 fluid head. However, it offers 2 selectable counterbalance positions for MiniDV/DVCAM/HDV camcorders with larger lens/battery from 2.5kg to 5kg. Improved pan and tilt drag adjustments provide a friction boost to the true fluid action.
Solo DV 2-St Alloy Tripod (1630)
The 2-Stage telescoping SOLO DV alloy tripod is designed for the single operator: quickly and securely setting up to 63″ (161cm), packing down to a compact 27″ (70cm) for transport; and hitting a low 9″ (23cm). Selectable leg angle locks ensure rapid stabilisation at any height, while the 75mm diecast alloy bowl and fluid head bubble level offers quick levelling, optimum torsional rigidity and durability under extreme field conditions.
