Overview
The Panasonic AW-HE130W/K is a high-level video capture and production camera equipped with 1/2.86-type 3MOS sensors for superior image quality. It also features a high performance 20x zoom lens with a 1.4x digital extender zoom, as well as a haze reduction function. This camera is designed to withstand harsh environments, with resistance to severe salt damage and hot temperatures down to -15 ºC. It also has a defroster, wind pressure resistance, and a lens wiper for outdoor use.

In addition to its durability, the AW-HE130W/K offers advanced features such as 3 Auto Tracking White Balance modes, night mode for infrared shooting, and support for multiple output formats. It can also be controlled remotely via IP using a PC, Mac, or mobile device. The camera is equipped with a RS422 remote terminal and has audio line input function. With the ability to hold up to 100 preset positions, this camera is a versatile and reliable choice for outdoor video production.

Virtual USB shows within the Windows device manager and turns the PTZs into a USB device as if it were a webcam for example, and therefore allows the PTZ to be easily used with any Windows application that captures video including Skype, Panopto and GoTo Meeting.

Up to four streams can be used simultaneously with each camera needing to be configured, and both its resolution and frame rate set – all of which can be found in the respective operations manual.

Once the software is activated, it will boot on start-up with no intervention required and will ruin as a background task, meaning that the software performs an auto-connect.

Outdoor integrated remote camera that maintains stable recording performance in the toughest of environments

Outdoor housing and camera, lens, and pan head are integrated in this remote camera system.

The camera is equipped with the same Digital Signal Processor (DSP) and 1/2.86 type full HD 3MOS sensors as in the AW-HE130W/K. High sensitivity, high S/N ratio, and high resolution are achieved by advanced video processing.

In addition to the functions of the AW-HE130W/K, mechanisms needed for shooting outdoors are enhanced as well. Flexible operation is achieved by features compatible with tough outdoor environments such as resistance to water and dust, wind pressure, and severe salt damage, as well as hot environments.

The camera component features 1/2.86-type full HD 3MOS sensors and a DSP (Digital Signal Processor). High sensitivity, a high S/N ratio and high resolution are achieved with sophisticated image processing. In addition, since its features include a water and dust-resistant (IP65) case with salt-damage resistance and a wiper as a standard feature, the camera can be installed outdoors without a housing. Even with the vibrations that occur in nature or other installation environments, clear images are captured with the vibration compensation provided by the newly developed Image Stabilizer. Using an IP connection, up to 100 units of the camera can be controlled by the AW-RP120G/RP50 remote camera controller via a hub (switching hub). One camera can also be operated by up to five of the remote camera controllers via IP connection. This outdoor-capable SDI-output remote camera can be easily used not only as an information capturing camera, but also for various applications, such as video capture in stadiums or high-image-quality monitoring in airports.
