Overview
SmallRig Cooling Fan for Nikon ZR 5874 is designed to prevent overheating in the Nikon ZR camera, allowing for longer recording times of high-resolution video. The fan combines a high-speed 7,000 RPM fan with TEC technology for effective heat dissipation, avoiding thermal shutdown. It offers two speed settings, high and low, for different shooting scenarios, and can be easily installed or removed with the tool-free snap-on mount, providing quick access to the cameras LCD screen.
For extended power and continuous cooling, the fan is compatible with SmallRig V-Mount battery mount plate kits and V-Mount batteries. However, it is important to note that the cameras LCD screen cannot be retracted with the fan installed, and the product must be connected to an external power source to operate. Additionally, it is not waterproof and should not be used in humid environments, and care should be taken to avoid obstructing the air inlet or outlet while in use.
